What Kawsah stands for
Mission
Help home buyers and real‑estate professionals make better decisions — a white‑glove, jargon‑free path from "I don't know what to do" to "I know my next move."
Vision
An ecosystem of connected tools — Kawsah alongside NorthReserve, Mitig8, NonQM Capital, and Corporate Capital Map — that guides every buyer and pro to the right next step.
Values
Clarity over jargon. Integrity in every recommendation. Tenacity for hard situations. Perpetual improvement. Service that feels white‑glove.
Kawsah has been helping buyers since 2018. What began as a real‑estate resource is now a mortgage‑intelligence route graph — the consumer‑facing hub of a wider ecosystem that points you to the specialist tool that fits, and brings you back when you're ready.
I'm Marcelo Bayon, a mortgage loan originator (NMLS #1851997) based in Salt Lake City. Over 10+ years working directly with clients and 5+ years in real estate, I've closed more than $15M in residential loans — and I've watched the same thing happen again and again: capable people freeze up, not because they can't buy a home, but because nobody showed them the next step.
Kawsah is my answer to that. It's built from real mortgage workflow, not marketing theory. I specialize in self‑employed borrowers — where the numbers on a tax return rarely tell the whole story — and in creative financing for situations that don't fit a single box. The calculators, guides, and route finder here are the same tools I wish every borrower had before their first conversation with a lender.
The two doors
Everyone who lands here is walking through one of two doors:
- Door 1 — "I know what I want." You're ready to buy, refinance, invest, or fund a business. Kawsah takes you straight to that path.
- Door 2 — "Help me figure it out." You're not sure yet. Answer a few questions and Kawsah points you to one clear next step — no pressure, no jargon.
Either way, the goal is the same: move you from "I don't know what to do" to "I understand my next move."
